Shipping policy

We currently sell perishable food and drink for local delivery or collection, together with electronically supplied event tickets. We do not offer national or international shipping.
Local delivery area
Local delivery is available only to addresses within the SK14, SK15 and SK16 postcode areas.

- Delivery charge: £5
- Earliest delivery: the next day, subject to availability
Deliveries are made by Florence & Amelia's staff. The available date or delivery arrangement will be shown or confirmed when the order is placed. If we cannot fulfil the requested date, we will contact you to agree an alternative or provide a refund.
Collection
Collection from Florence & Amelia's, 17 Corporation Street, Stalybridge, SK15 2JL is free. The earliest collection is the next day, subject to availability. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready and bring your order confirmation or booking reference.
If you expect to be late, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to contact customers who miss their collection time, but we cannot guarantee the quality, safety or continued availability of perishable items after the agreed time. Please see our Refund Policy for missed collections.
Changing or cancelling an order
Contact us before 9:00 am on the day of collection or delivery if you need to cancel or request a change. Changes depend on availability. See our Refund Policy for full cancellation and refund terms.
Delivery instructions and failed delivery
You are responsible for providing a complete address, postcode, telephone number and any necessary access instructions. Please ensure that someone is available to receive perishable items at the agreed address.
If we cannot complete delivery because the address or instructions are incorrect, nobody is available, or required proof of age is not provided, we will try to contact you. We may arrange collection or another delivery where practical. A further delivery may carry an additional £5 charge, which we will confirm before arranging it.
Alcohol deliveries and collections
Alcohol may be ordered only by someone aged 18 or over and must be received by an adult. Our staff may ask for valid photographic proof of age. We will not leave alcohol unattended or hand it to a person who is under 18, cannot provide satisfactory proof of age when asked, appears intoxicated, or where doing so would breach our licence or the law.
Food safety and order problems
Follow any storage, reheating or use-by instructions supplied with your order. Tell us promptly if an order is late, missing, damaged, unsafe or incorrect so that we can investigate and put things right.
Event tickets
Event tickets and booking confirmations are supplied electronically to the email address used for the order. No delivery charge applies. Contact us if your confirmation has not arrived after checking your spam or junk folder.
